Georgia Roofing Contractor Guide is an independent directory of roofing contractor businesses in Georgia, published by Regional Rosters. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it.

When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any answers you give about the service you need or your timing. Alongside that, the form records the page you submitted from and basic traffic-source attribution, meaning the referring site and any UTM tags on the link that brought you here.

Who receives your enquiry

Your submission goes through our lead-capture processor, which delivers it to the roofing contractor business you enquired about and to the site operator. Those are the only recipients of a form submission.

Cookies and local storage

To keep attribution accurate, the site stores traffic-source details (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in your browser’s sessionStorage. This is first-party, lives only for the current browser session, and is not a tracking cookie: it never follows you to other sites and disappears when the session ends.

Enquiry details are retained while they are needed to deliver and follow up the enquiry, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@regionalrosters.com.
