Most reviewers encountered fast, communicative crews and named technicians like Dakota and Owen who made complex claims feel manageable. However, significant delays, unfinished repairs, and poor workmanship marred several multi-month projects. A few customers reported damaged belongings, missing items, and staff who grew evasive when problems surfaced.
Rob responds fast, typically within hours or a day. His work is solid and prices fair. He walks homeowners through the problem, shows before and after photos, and many return for repeat jobs or gutter work over years. Two complaints stand out: leaks returned on the same spot months later, and follow-up calls went unanswered despite warranty promises. His crew finishes jobs promptly, often the next day. Clients praise his politeness and willingness to catch extra problems during the visit. He has 40+ years of experience and builds long-term relationships with his customer base.
Most customers praise Danny Renfroe Roofing for on-time service, thorough cleanup including magnetic nail sweeps, and fair pricing. Shane Renfroe and the crew earn consistent respect for quality work, honest assessments (declining jobs when roofs don't need replacement), and going beyond the original scope. Two early complaints cite missed appointments and billing disputes; the recent pattern is strongly positive.
Brandon and his team earn consistent five-star ratings for speed, honesty, and follow-through. Homeowners repeatedly cite his willingness to walk through insurance claims, use drone inspections for diagnosis, and explain work clearly before starting. He sends before-and-after photos routinely, answers texts promptly, and completes jobs on schedule. Work spans roof repairs and full replacements, gutter maintenance and cleaning, deck repairs, and leak detection. Clients highlight his knowledge of roof care, fair pricing compared to competitors, and willingness to show up for emergencies the same day. Real estate agents also rely on him for client projects, and repeat customers use him as their go-to roofer.
Escex delivers strong work on standard roof and gutter jobs, with staff like Chris Mackey and Debbie Moss earning praise for communication and insurance navigation. However, recent reviews surface serious concerns: a homeowner reports an unresolved leak, window screen damage never fixed, and an office that appears closed. An older but detailed complaint describes a long restoration project plagued by 5+ project managers, subcontractor confusion, and reluctance to stand behind warranty work.
Elevated Construction Concepts handles roof replacement, repair, and gutters with consistent attention to customer communication and cleanup. Staff members like Joe, Christopher, Brandon, and Breanna are named repeatedly for skillfully navigating insurance claims and completing jobs on time.
Talon Brown leads a roofing operation that focuses on insurance claim navigation and roof replacement. Reviewers consistently describe his direct involvement in every phase: from initial inspection through material selection and job-site supervision. He documents damage with photos and video, advocates alongside homeowners during adjuster visits, and personally addresses any work that falls short of his standard. Jobs finish in a single day with full cleanup, and customers note neighbors noticing improvements to their homes.
Phoenix Roofing delivers consistent five-star results with staff like Ali and Nick earning repeated praise for professionalism and attentiveness. Homeowners particularly value their insurance claim navigation, detailed inspections, and habit of completing jobs in a single day while respecting properties and leaving sites clean.
Most emergency calls bring praise: crews arrive fast, explain the work, and finish water or fire damage in days. Johnny emerges as a coordinator who listens and corrects mistakes when flagged. But large projects stall badly. One customer waited three weeks for bathroom demolition to lead anywhere; another lacks a kitchen for months with no timeline. Communication between the office and field teams breaks down repeatedly, forcing homeowners to re-explain their needs to each new worker. One roof repair leaked again when rain came. The tension is stark: acute crises get handled well; extended reconstruction gets bungled. Insurance claims processing feels like a bottleneck. A customer with an active Travelers claim waited weeks for team reassignment, then months more without progress, while being asked to pay the full $12,000 despite incomplete work and missing bathroom fixtures. Another reviewer switched to their own contractor after losing faith in project management.
Strong installers with years of repeat customers, but warranty support is inconsistent and communication breaks down when problems arise. Many five-star reviews praise technicians like Shane and Ben for honesty and quick fixes. However, recent one-star complaints show unresponsive follow-up after roof failures and flashing mistakes, with the company disputing claims or offering minimal compensation.
Mark's team handles everything from tarps after storms to full replacements with the same care: crews arrive early, stay focused, clean up completely, and communicate openly. Reviews across two years consistently highlight professional detail, quick turnarounds, and willingness to revisit concerns until satisfied.
Alan Townsend arrives fast, finds leaks other roofers miss, and prices fairly. His crew works cleanly and finishes fast, matching shingles by eye after 40 years in the trade. One complaint alleges incomplete work on vents and flashing three years ago, leaving the homeowner needing repairs elsewhere. Reviewers trust him enough to refer family and handle storm damage while waiting on insurance. He does roof repairs, replacements, and inspections across Columbus and surrounding areas, often completing jobs in a day or less. Many mention getting estimates the next morning after calling.
Artech responds quickly and communicates clearly on roofing, gutters, and remodeling work. Most reviews highlight their owners Yilber and Patricia, their attention to detail, and their willingness to handle insurance claims end-to-end. One reviewer reported no response after an initial consultation for a bathroom addition.

Strategic Roofing delivers fast, professional work across residential and commercial projects. Staff like Jerry, Anderson, and Mike earn consistent praise for responsiveness, material knowledge, and willingness to guide customers through claims and design choices. A few reviewers note cleanup could protect delicate plants better, but overall workmanship and follow-through stand out.
Travis Hill and his crew earn consistent praise for communication, detail work, and professionalism on roofing and bathroom projects. Two reviews document serious issues with tile installation and unresponsiveness to repair requests, contrasting sharply with the dominant pattern of on-time, clean, detail-oriented completion.

Inspections come with detailed photos and clear walkthroughs; crews finish roof replacements in a day and communicate every step.
Most reviewers praise transparent pricing and direct communication from Jeremy Youngblood and the team. They credit SunPeach for adopting systems, managing roof removals, troubleshooting, and answering calls immediately. One recent review alleges 8 months of delay, miscommunicated timelines, and a partial refund that went unresolved; older reviews mention abandoned projects and broken promises during subcontractor work. The disconnect suggests capacity or quality issues have emerged in larger projects.
Don's team consistently shows up fast, charges fair prices, and handles insurance claims with transparency. Customers praise their skilled work, cleanup, and the owner's willingness to address roof problems they uncover during inspections.
All 24 reviews rate the work five stars. Fletcher & Cooley consistently arrives on time, communicates clearly, and executes roofing jobs cleanly and thoroughly. Tristan leads the team and is named repeatedly for his responsiveness and project management throughout both roof repairs and larger remodels across the Henry County area.
Steve and his crew consistently deliver professional installation work paired with transparent customer service. Reviewers highlight the owner's willingness to educate homeowners on proper techniques and product choices, not just upsell, and praise the team's punctuality, courtesy, and attention to detail from initial estimate through project completion and cleanup. The business excels at window and door replacement, gutter installation with proper engineering (drip edge, toppers, downspout placement), and shop roofing repairs. Named crew members-Steve, Nick, JP, and Kevin-appear frequently in reviews. Multiple customers report the team proactively identifies secondary issues and fixes them without charging, and the owner has resolved disputes with competing contractors on the customer's behalf.
Most customers report fast response times and professional work from named team members like Justin and Titus, with roof leaks fixed within hours or days and clear communication throughout. One customer had a negative experience after an uninvited roof access and broken follow-up promise, but this is an outlier among overwhelmingly five-star reviews praising quality installation and cleanup.

Austin's Roofing stands out for owner Brandon's direct involvement, clear communication, and fast turnaround on jobs. Crew members arrive punctually, walk customers through problems, and follow up after completion. One serious complaint documented a roof leak that recurred months after repair, with the initial fix using only tar instead of proper flashing, and the owner refusing to return for a second visit. The business handles residential and commercial roofing across repair, replacement, and gutter work in the Atlanta area. Their website lists flat roofing, shingles, EPDM, and white membrane options, with published rates starting around $9 per square foot for restoration and $20 per square foot for replacement.
Accel delivers reliable service across commercial and residential roofing, with strong communication and transparent pricing. A recent leak repair required multiple follow-ups before resolution, highlighting the need for clear warranty documentation upfront. Most customers praise the team's efficiency, honesty about what work is needed, and willingness to guide homeowners through insurance claims.
Kaleb, Cameron, Renee, Chuck, Ryan, and Anthony earned consistent praise for handling both roof installs and insurance claims with persistence and clear communication. Jobs routinely finish in one to two days, with crews cleaning debris and often exceeding initial estimates. One reviewer reported being cold-called at an old address and treated rudely when declining, raising concerns about how contact information was obtained. Most work centers on residential replacement and repairs following storms or wear. The team's strength lies in advocating during insurance disputes, explaining processes step-by-step, and meeting tight timelines. Gutter cleaning and inspections also drew positive feedback for thoroughness and quick response.

Most customers praise the roofing work itself, with Walker Mayo and Blake frequently named for their knowledge and guidance through insurance claims. The crew typically arrives on time, works efficiently, and cleans well. However, serious gaps emerge: several reviews report gutter work causing water damage, leaking roofs shortly after installation, and months of unresponsive communication when issues arose. One customer waited two years without resolution after water infiltrated their home. The most positive experiences involve residential replacements and inspections where the company helped navigate complex claims. Large commercial jobs like a 38-unit townhome community drew praise for coordination. Yet quality control appears inconsistent, with some installations leaving dirt and debris, and core warranty issues going unaddressed. The three recent negative reviews (past three months) suggest these problems are ongoing.

Customers report efficient, tidy work and attentive follow-up; the team, particularly rep Greg, earns consistent five-star ratings for both technical execution and how they handle the full project lifecycle.

Staff members Brad, Seth, Auri, and Ari are named repeatedly for professionalism and clear communication.
Peak Contracting handles roof inspections and insurance claims with exceptional responsiveness. Staff like Andres and Tony typically complete jobs in one day, manage claim paperwork from start to finish, and leave sites spotless. One reviewer reported a missed appointment without communication, but 95% of reviews are five-star.

Reviewers praise their protective setup (tarps for landscaping and furnishings), all-day turnarounds on large homes, and meticulous cleanup. Named staff like Karson and Corey stand out for honesty and going beyond expectations.
Whitco Roofing earns high marks for personable service and transparent communication. Staff like Lance, Brooks, and Alliyah guide customers through projects without pushy sales tactics. One long-standing complaint: a customer paid for a complete roof replacement eight years after Whitco's install when the original roof developed leaks, and the company denied responsibility despite a manufacturer's assessment of poor install quality.
Most reviewers praise specific technicians like Jada and Chris for their knowledge, responsiveness, and fair pricing on duct cleaning, bathroom remodels, and AC repairs. Kyle and Jamie impressed clients with daily cleanup and attention to detail on two-bathroom projects. However, recent reviews detail a basement remodel that ran five months past deadline, left items unfinished, and included harassment for early payment. One customer reported being ghosted after scheduling an appointment. The pattern suggests strong individual performance on service work but inconsistent project management on larger jobs. The company's owner Dave and technicians Justin and Chris receive consistent praise for walking clients through options without pushiness, helping with insurance claims on storm damage, and competitive pricing. Service areas span north Georgia towns including Alpharetta, Buford, and Athens. Their website lists 20+ years combined experience and a broad service menu beyond roofing and gutters.

Hive Roofing delivers quality work and strong communication during installation, with crews praised for efficiency and problem-solving on insurance claims. Most praise their professionalism, cleanup, and willingness to work with insurance; a small number report poor metal roof repairs years ago and frustration over warranty disputes.
Hero Roofing consistently delivers clear communication and transparent pricing. Daniel and Christian stand out for explaining work step-by-step, staying in contact throughout projects, and handling storm damage with urgency. Crews completed roofs in single days, cleaned up thoroughly, and tackled repairs other companies declined. The team moved fast after hurricanes while other contractors were still slow to respond. Staff kept homeowners informed at every stage and often went beyond the original scope. Work quality earns repeated mentions. Pricing strikes reviewers as fair, and the company prioritizes repair over unnecessary full replacement. No negative feedback appears across reviews.

Nathan Speers and Andrew Reynolds lead crews that deliver roofs on time, to estimate, and with meticulous cleanup; they handle storm damage, full replacements, and small repairs that other roofers skip. Best Choice Roofing attracts strong praise for named crew members (Jacob Turner, Stephen, Tara Wilson, Chris, and Tammy) who combine professionalism with clear communication and personal attention. Jobs like roof replacement and inspections often complete efficiently with quality materials. However, the company struggles with appointment reliability, post-job follow-up on leaks, and property damage cleanup. Some customers report incomplete installations (missing soffit vents paired with ridge vents) that weren't fully explained upfront, and recent complaints cite unresponsive AI phone systems and delayed responses after problems surface. Workmanship generally satisfies when crews show up and finish as promised, but inconsistency in communication, timely follow-up, and damage liability damages trust. Better experiences cluster around direct contact with known staff; worst ones involve missed appointments, unanswered callbacks, and roof leaks that linger unresolved after installation.

Golden Roofing excels at full roof replacements and insurance claim navigation, with skilled crews like Simon and Jordy earning consistent praise for professional coordination and daily communication. Reviewers consistently note fast scheduling, punctual arrival, professional workmanship, and thorough site cleanup. One five-year-old complaint about GAF warranty follow-up stands against strong evidence of insurance claim assistance and honest estimates.
Work quality splits sharply: older reviews praise fast scheduling and solid craftsmanship, but recent jobs (post-hurricane demand) show repeated patterns of no-shows, incomplete repairs, recurring leaks, and unresponsive staff. Rocco and Blake's handling of damage claims and customer follow-up has drawn specific criticism across multiple 2024-2025 disputes involving tarps, roof replacements, and insurance coordination.

Staff including John Daly, Chris, and Jerry Antram are singled out for professionalism and transparency. However, multiple reviewers report leaks emerging weeks to years after completion, poor follow-up on warranty claims, and difficulty reaching the company when problems surface. Communication breakdowns and scope disputes have frustrated customers, particularly those routed through Lowe's. Selected technicians deliver polished workmanship and clean job sites on the initial install. The gap appears in aftercare and problem-solving: when issues emerge, responsiveness drops sharply and some customers feel dismissed or ignored.
GA Pro Roofers earned strong marks for steering homeowners through insurance claims, completing storm and hail damage repairs in a single day, and transparent pricing. Named project managers JC (Jean Carlos Flores) and Jonathan handle jobs end-to-end with follow-up on paperwork. Two reviewers reported serious problems: one alleged predatory insurance tactics and fee hiding; another complained of improper skylight sealing that caused leaks during a later storm. The company's rapid work and communicative staff contrast sharply with these concerns about claim practices and lasting workmanship.
Tim Martin and his crew execute roof replacement, repair, and gutter work with consistent speed and customer focus. Most experience same-week scheduling, fair pricing, and punctual completion; Tim personally manages insurance claims and payment logistics, while the team cleans up thoroughly and protects surrounding property. One long-standing dispute involved delayed accountability for a prior roof installation affecting gutter placement.
All eight reviews rate Blanchett five stars. Customers consistently praise quick response times, on-time work, and thorough cleanup. Staff are described as professional and skilled; one reviewer specifically named Greg as excellent to work with. Pricing is called fair and reasonable across multiple accounts.
Installation quality consistently impresses: crews arrive on time, protect the home with drop cloths, remove old materials, clean methodically, and finish with attention to detail. Salespeople like Matt, Jim, and Charlie build trust through knowledgeable consultation without hard-pressure tactics. The weakness emerges in after-sale accountability. Several customers report months or over a year of silence when promised repairs, window replacements, or fence corrections don't materialize, with some discovering misorders or subcontractor mix-ups only after payment.
Most reviewers praise the crew's speed, professionalism, and cleanup work. Two older negative reviews alleging serious defects and overpricing stand apart from the strong recent pattern of 5-star ratings praising fair pricing and responsive communication.
Most jobs earn consistent praise for meticulous work, careful protection of surrounding property, and fast problem-solving. Inspections are thorough, repairs hold up through storms, and crews leave sites spotless. One logistics complaint about difficult delivery access to their location.
