Hive Roofing delivers quality work and strong communication during installation, with crews praised for efficiency and problem-solving on insurance claims. However, recent reviews show a sharp pattern: once final payment clears, the company stops responding to calls and emails, fails to send warranty documentation, and ignores follow-up requests about leaks or billing errors.
Across all 17 reviews, customers consistently report fast, complete roof replacements with strong insurance claim support from owner Kevin Creek. Work finishes on schedule, cleanup is thorough, and staff stay responsive after the job closes.
United Roofing handles roof replacement, repair, and inspections with efficiency and clear communication. Reviewers consistently praise prompt turnaround, quality materials, and staff who explain the process and manage insurance claims without burdening homeowners.
All five reviews award five stars. Customers praise the crew's professionalism, on-time arrival, and quality of work with premium shingles (Owens Corning Duration, IKO Dynasty). Storm damage and insurance claims receive consistent mention as a particular strength; the team handles documentation and carrier coordination directly. Projects finish with property cleaned and owners informed at every step.
A roofing materials supplier in Conyers serving east Atlanta and surrounding areas. Stock depth, pricing below national chains, and named staff (Nicole, Laura, Jennifer, Valery, Francisco) earn consistent five-star reviews. One complaint flagged slow refund handling.
Oscar and his crew deliver solid work on roof replacements and repairs, arriving on time and keeping customers informed with photos and regular updates. Most praise their professionalism, cleanup, and willingness to work with insurance; a small number report poor metal roof repairs years ago and frustration over warranty disputes.
Hero Roofing consistently delivers clear communication and transparent pricing. Daniel and Christian stand out for explaining work step-by-step, staying in contact throughout projects, and handling storm damage with urgency. Crews completed roofs in single days, cleaned up thoroughly, and tackled repairs other companies declined. The team moved fast after hurricanes while other contractors were still slow to respond. Staff kept homeowners informed at every stage and often went beyond the original scope. Work quality earns repeated mentions. Pricing strikes reviewers as fair, and the company prioritizes repair over unnecessary full replacement. No negative feedback appears across reviews.
Woodman's work across attic, porch, and garage projects earns consistent praise for on-time arrival, professional crews, and thorough cleanup. One recent review flagged crew communication issues, no-shows relative to promised windows, and charges issued before completion, though office staff Erin was noted as helpful. The company's 35-year track record in metro Atlanta stands on punctual delivery and insulation quality that homeowners report making measurable temperature improvements. Many reviewers highlight fair pricing and willingness to take smaller jobs others decline.
Over 20 years of repeat customers and long-term local trust define this firm. Nathan Speers and Andrew Reynolds lead crews that deliver roofs on time, to estimate, and with meticulous cleanup; they handle storm damage, full replacements, and small repairs that other roofers skip. One gutter cleanup charged surprise fees and two claims emerged about missing gutter guards during roof projects, but the bulk of feedback centers on reliability and workmanship.

Best Choice Roofing attracts strong praise for named crew members (Jacob Turner, Stephen, Tara Wilson, Chris, and Tammy) who combine professionalism with clear communication and personal attention. Jobs like roof replacement and inspections often complete efficiently with quality materials. However, the company struggles with appointment reliability, post-job follow-up on leaks, and property damage cleanup. Some customers report incomplete installations (missing soffit vents paired with ridge vents) that weren't fully explained upfront, and recent complaints cite unresponsive AI phone systems and delayed responses after problems surface. Workmanship generally satisfies when crews show up and finish as promised, but inconsistency in communication, timely follow-up, and damage liability damages trust. Better experiences cluster around direct contact with known staff; worst ones involve missed appointments, unanswered callbacks, and roof leaks that linger unresolved after installation.
Brax Exteriors executes roofing and gutter work reliably, with crews arriving on time and leaving sites clean. Most customers praise professionalism and fair pricing, though one reported multiple vent leaks within two years of a $13,000 roof replacement.

One bare negative review offers no detail; the rest reflect high satisfaction with stress-free processes and quality finishes.
Golden Roofing excels at full roof replacements and insurance claim navigation, with skilled crews like Simon and Jordy earning consistent praise for professional coordination and daily communication. However, a recent job involving multiple roof leaks revealed serious gaps: makeshift repairs using masking tape and screws failed within weeks, the flat roof section remained unfinished across multiple visits, and the owner stopped responding once payment cleared.
Over 16 recent five-star reviews, Edge 2 Edge handles roof replacements, repairs, and inspections across residential and commercial properties. Reviewers consistently note fast scheduling, punctual arrival, professional workmanship, and thorough site cleanup. Truth Roofing wins strong praise for responsive staff, quality roof replacements using Owens Corning materials, and thorough cleanups. Edward and Terry are named for knowledgeable service. However, recent complaints raise red flags: customers report being charged $400+ for tarps on emergency calls, and at least one customer waited 11 months for promised warranty work that never materialized, with the owner becoming unresponsive after payment.
Strong installation work and efficient teams earn consistent five-star praise when jobs complete smoothly. Staff including John Daly, Chris, and Jerry Antram are singled out for professionalism and transparency. However, multiple reviewers report leaks emerging weeks to years after completion, poor follow-up on warranty claims, and difficulty reaching the company when problems surface. Communication breakdowns and scope disputes have frustrated customers, particularly those routed through Lowe's. Selected technicians deliver polished workmanship and clean job sites on the initial install. The gap appears in aftercare and problem-solving: when issues emerge, responsiveness drops sharply and some customers feel dismissed or ignored.
GA Pro Roofers earned strong marks for steering homeowners through insurance claims, completing storm and hail damage repairs in a single day, and transparent pricing. Salespeople like Matt, Jim, and Charlie build trust through knowledgeable consultation without hard-pressure tactics. The weakness emerges in after-sale accountability. Several customers report months or over a year of silence when promised repairs, window replacements, or fence corrections don't materialize, with some discovering misorders or subcontractor mix-ups only after payment.

However, two recent reviewers report serious delays lasting two years or longer, with incomplete or substandard work on roofing, flooring, painting, and additions. Communication lapses marked the delayed projects; successful jobs highlighted responsive, attentive teams. The company's strength emerges in contained remodeling tasks handled briskly, but larger or complex multi-component jobs appear to carry greater risk. Staff professionalism and construction quality vary noticeably between projects. Homeowners considering a sizable renovation should clarify scope, timeline, and accountability upfront.
